Roots of Water: Community and Harvest in Atotonilco

Atotonilco faces severe water stress, yet its communities have chosen to turn challenge into opportunity. Together with a network of local producers, the project fosters learning processes in regenerative agriculture—analyzing, co-designing, and enabling collaboration to strengthen productivity and territorial resilience.
