What should I verify before marking a support request as resolved?
Check the details of any replacement or corrected option provided. Avoid opening a duplicate request while the original remains active.
What should I check before accepting a suggested substitute?
Check its exact identity rather than accepting a description such as similar without details. Review the fulfillment timing for the proposed alternative.
What should I compare when the same seller offers a product through different channels?
Compare complete totals rather than only the displayed starting prices. Use the correct order reference when requesting channel-specific assistance.
